Michael Anderson PhD is out resident psychologist. He has extensive experience in providing our clients and candidates with identifying and filling key positions with the right talent. Dr. Anderson is uniquely positioned to help candidates find work that is best suited to their interests, talents and experience. His hourly billing rate is $300 / hour.

Deb Scott provides our clients and candidates with excellent career counseling support. Her services include resume writing, cover letter development and other job search correspondences. Deb is highly effective at helping candidates to define, express and present their career credentials. Her hourly billing rate is $165 for resume and cover letters. An average one-page resume can be completed in two to three hours for about $400 (+ the cost of high quality paper for printing and shipping if requested).
